What does JR Lawn & Clean do?
Yard cleanups, mulch, lawn mowing, edging, trimming, gutter cleaning and pressure washing, plus roof cleaning, hedge and bush trimming, leaf cleanup, beauty bark, and deck and fence cleaning. We are a small, locally owned property maintenance and exterior cleaning business. See it all on Our Work.
Do you give free estimates?
Yes. Call or text (253) 719-3670, or send the estimate form, and let’s talk about what your yard needs.
What areas do you serve?
Puyallup, Fife, Tacoma, Sumner, Bonney Lake and nearby areas. Not sure we come to you? Call or text (253) 719-3670.
Do you haul the debris away?
Yes. Haul-away is available, and on our cleanups all the debris is hauled away, so you are left with a clean yard, not a pile.
Do you do one-time cleanups or regular maintenance?
Both: seasonal and one-time yard cleanups, and regular lawn maintenance.
What are your hours?
Monday to Sunday, 7 am to 5 pm.
Who does the work?
Our founder personally handles each job, which keeps the quality consistent and the service personal.

Can you take on a big, overgrown yard?
Yes. Big hedge, heavy overgrowth, major cleanup: we take on the tough jobs. We show up, we work hard and we get it clean.
Do you clean roofs and gutters?
Yes: roof cleaning, full gutter cleaning, and moss, leaves and debris removal.
What can you pressure wash?
Driveways, walkways, siding, decks, patios and fences.
Do you install mulch and beauty bark?
Yes. Fresh mulch and beauty bark installation, with bed cleanup and clean edging around it.
